2.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods and provision of Services by the Company to the Customer to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including any terms which the Customer may purport to apply under any purchase order, confirmation of order, or similar document.
2.2 Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by a director of the Company.
2.3 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
3.1 All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by the Company. A Contract shall be formed only when the Company issues a written order confirmation or commences performance of the Services.
3.2 The Customer shall ensure that the terms of any order are complete and accurate. The Company shall not be liable for any errors in orders placed by the Customer.
3.3 All descriptions, illustrations, and specifications contained in our catalogues, brochures, or Website are intended to give a general idea of the Goods described and do not form part of the Contract.
3.4 We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reasons. In such cases, any payment made will be refunded in full.
4.1 All prices quoted are in pounds sterling (£ GBP) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated. VAT will be charged at the applicable rate.
4.2 Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.5 Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received.
5.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.
5.2 Free delivery is offered on orders over £500 within a 10-mile radius of our Liverpool showroom. Deliveries outside this area or below this value will incur a charge as quoted at the time of order.
5.3 The Customer shall provide adequate access for delivery vehicles and personnel. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or aborted delivery fees.
5.4 Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Customer upon delivery. The Customer should inspect Goods immediately upon delivery and report any defects or shortages within 48 hours.
5.5 If the Customer fails to accept delivery or provide access, the Company may store the Goods at the Customer's risk and charge for storage and redelivery.
6.1 All installation work is carried out by our employed fitters or trusted subcontractors who meet our quality standards.

6.4 Our installation work is guaranteed for 5 years against defects in workmanship. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, improper maintenance, or structural movement.
7.1 Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer (not purchasing for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the Goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
